NYU Wagner Announces Future Home at 105 East 17th Street

In a significant milestone for NYU Wagner, we are thrilled to announce our upcoming move to 105 East 17th Street, a dynamic space situated in the heart of Union Square, New York City. This carefully renovated building will serve as the center of NYU Wagner's academic pursuits, housing state-of-the-art facilities designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and student engagement. Expansive Space

With nearly 70,000 square feet spread across three floors, 105 East 17th Street is meticulously crafted to accommodate the diverse needs of NYU Wagner's students, faculty, research centers, and administrative staff.

Cutting-edge Classrooms

Twelve modern classrooms equipped with the latest technology will provide a dynamic learning environment, ensuring NYU Wagner continues its tradition of academic excellence.

Refined Event Venue

A highlight of the new location is the breathtaking 3,300 square foot elliptical event space, designed to host a myriad of functions and gatherings, fostering a sense of community among students and faculty alike.

Dedicated Student Environment

Boasting over 5,100 square feet, the student-centric areas will include individual and group study rooms, event spaces for student groups, a pantry, and lounge areas – creating an inviting and collaborative atmosphere.

Enhanced Faculty Facilities

The new building will not only be a hub for students but also a haven for faculty members. Faculty offices and over 3,100 square feet of faculty convening space, featuring a seminar room, pantries, a spacious lounge, and multiple meeting rooms, will facilitate meaningful interactions and collaboration.
