Ingrid Gould Ellen, the Paulette Goddard Professor of Urban Policy and Planning at NYU Wagner, has been recognized as one of the top 100 influencers in New York City real estate by the publication City and State New York.
Professor Ellen, a Faculty Director of the NYU Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy -- the nationally known research center and a joint initiative of the Wagner School of Public Service and the NYU School of Law -- appears in the roster of individuals involved in righting the New York City real estate sector in the COVID-19 pandemic era. Ellen’s research and teaching center on the public policies that affect the supply of affordable and diverse housing, both locally and nationally.
