Ruby Foxall (MUP 2026) Awarded HDR & WTS Scholarship

The WTS Foundation awarded Ruby Foxall (MUP 2026) its HDR Pinnacle Partner Scholarship.

The WTS Foundation is dedicated to advancing women in transportation. In partnership with organizations advancing transportation equity and accessibility, WTS provides competitive scholarships to outstanding students pursuing transportation careers.  

Foxall received a $5,000 scholarship from WTS in partnership with HDR, an employee-owned firm specializing in architecture, engineering, environmental and construction services. 

The committee recognized her academic excellence at NYU Wagner, her work with the NYU Rudin Center for Transportation Policy and Management, and her involvement with the Greater NY WTS chapter. 

Foxall will have the opportunity to attend the WTS International Annual Conference in Los Angeles in May, where scholarship recipients will be recognized at the WTS Foundation Gala.
