Introducing 105 East 17th Street

105 East 17th Street will be NYU Wagner’s new home. In the bustling hub of New York City’s Union Square, the renovated building will house brand new state-of-the-art classrooms, a beautifully designed multi-purpose event space, dedicated student life spaces, NYU Wagner administration, and NYU Wagner faculty offices. 

105 East 17th Street will feature:

• Nearly 70,000 square feet (three floors) for NYU Wagner with spaces for students, faculty, research centers, and administrative staff.
• Twelve state-of-the-art modern classrooms.
• A breathtaking 3,300 square foot elliptical event space.
• An expansive 5,100 square feet of student space including individual and group student study rooms, Student Group event spaces, pantry, and lounge areas.
• Faculty offices plus more than 3,100 square feet of faculty convening space: a seminar room, pantries, a spacious lounge, and several meeting rooms. 

NYU Wagner’s new home at 105 East 17th Street will open in the summer of 2024.
