Criminal Justice Reform: New Frontiers and Strategies

This course will introduce undergraduate students to the newest findings and strategies for criminal justice (CJ) reform. The course starts with an appreciation of the problems of the current system, along with grounding in the values of health and rehabilitation. A course goal is to inspire and empower students to consider criminal justice reform as a great opportunity for social change, possible job opportunities and teach them how to become change agents themselves, whether they choose to work in the field or not.
