Daphna Ezrachi

Can you tell us a bit about your job responsibilities?

I work in the Strategic Planning team which is housed in HPD’s Office of Policy and Strategy. Our team supports teams across the agency through strategic planning work, to help those teams be more impactful and effective.

How did your experiences at NYU Wagner prepare you for your career?

NYU Wagner prepared me for my career in many ways- for example, by exposing me to the big picture side of housing policy alongside the more data-centric side of it. My professors and classmates broadened my thinking and helped me grow throughout the program.

What impact do you hope to make through your career and/or organization?

I hope to improve government services as they relate to affordable housing, expanding affordable housing opportunities and promoting sustainability features in housing development.
