Why did you choose NYU Wagner for graduate school?

I wanted a program with a balance of theory and practice, which is exactly what I got at Wagner. More than 10 years later, I still use many of the tools and strategies I learned in my classes in my everyday work.

How would you describe your experience as an NYU Wagner student?

Challenging and rewarding. I worked full-time while attending classes, which was difficult but very do-able, with classes offered throughout the day and flexible opportunities to work with faculty.

How did you find your first post-NYU Wagner job?

My capstone project at Wagner turned into my first post-Wagner job, which ended up being a decade-long career at ExpandED Schools (formerly TASC). I started as a policy and program coordinator immediately after graduating, and ended up as Chief Operating Officer before moving on to start my own organization.

Describe your current job.

I founded Change Impact in 2017 to provide on-demand services to the social sector. We consult with and build the capacity of nonprofits, government agencies, and socially-conscious companies.
