Why did you choose Wagner for graduate school?

My undergraduate degree was quite theoretical and I wanted a master’s degree that was more hands-on and could provide me with skills to bring to the job market. I was interested in the public-private space so an MPA seemed like a good option.

Describe your current job.

Futerra is a change agency. We join the magic of creative and the logic of strategy to make sustainability happen. Our mission is to make sustainability so desirable it becomes normal. At Futerra, I help companies set bold sustainability visions for the change they want to lead and develop the roadmap to deliver. This includes sustainability frameworks, targets, goals and roadmaps that drive real change.

What are the advantages of the Wagner alumni network?

The Wagner alumni network was a resource throughout my two years as a student. Through my involvement with student groups I found the alumni to be very supportive and helpful with providing contacts for events and in giving advice and recommendations for current students. The many alumni working at interesting places provided internship and job opportunities as well as potential mentors for professional development.
