Climate Careers: Design Thinking Workshop

This workshop introduces climate career launchers to a new way of navigating their career search. Voiz Academy use a hands-on, “design thinking” approach to help businesses solve key climate problems. It’s an antidote to “spray and pray”, and positions students to win the attention of climate hiring managers.

The workshop involves going through the stages of the design thinking process to develop a pitch for an actual ESG consulting role. By attending, students will learn how they can shape their skills and experiences into a “solution” to the hiring manager’s problem.

Voiz Academy Hosts

• Diego Espinosa, CEO, Voiz Academy  
  Diego Espinosa, in addition to being CEO, is responsible for all climate and ESG upskilling programs at Voiz Academy. His career spans strategy consulting, investing, tech venture, and upskilling. He’s worked for firms such as BCG, Morgan Stanley, Fitch Learning, Alliance Bernstein, and ConsenSys, and taught at the University of San Diego Business School. He has a Wharton MBA and an Envinronmental Engineering degree from Tufts.

  Ben is in charge of our university programs and network-building. He also runs our cohort-based programs and manages our coaches. Ben is a graduate of University of Cambridge in Land Economy.
