The event will bring together Brazilian government officials and a scientist to discuss the intersections of climate and science on the road to COP30. Panelists include Ana Toni, National Secretary for Climate Change at the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change; Ambassador André Corrêa do Lago, Secretary for Climate and Environment at the Ministry of External Affairs; and Professor Johan Rockström, Director of the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research.
