Join Erica Foldy, Associate Professor of Public and Nonprofit Management and co-author of "The Color Bind: Talking (and Not Talking) About Race at Work, and Martha Stark, Clinical Professor of Public Service and Chair of Wagner’s Faculty Diversity Committee for a candid conversation about the personal, professional, and political intersections with Identity, Diversity, Belonging, & Equity (IDBE) initiatives, and how their own identities impact their work in this area. The conversation will conclude with time for discussion and Q&A.
