As we have observed during the COVID-19 pandemic, a policy strategy must include communications. Without the execution of a thoughtful communications strategy, the intended policy impacts can be thwarted. Media outreach cannot be an afterthought. Please join NYU Wagner’s Distinguished Visiting Urbanist, Errol Louis, as he talks with civic leaders from various policy areas about how successful, varied communications strategies further policy goals.
