Power Dynamics in the Workplace: Sexual Harassment
Allegations of sexual harassment and misconduct have filled the news feeds over the past few weeks. This panel discussion will take a Wagner perspective, focusing on a policy and management lens. Discussion topics will include: How the Title IX policy came to be; how, and in what ways, do we interact in the classroom and the workplace that undermine those with less agency in subtle and unsubtle ways; skills and strategies individuals might use to counteract inhospitable environments; and how we, as public service leaders, might model and support lawful, appropriate, and respectful behaviors.
