Adrian Ogle is the Global Director of Events at the Ford Foundation, a global grantmaking organization that supports visionaries on the frontlines of social change worldwide. He oversees all events and engagements at the foundation and the Center for Social Justice.
An event architect, Adrian has produced artistic, fashion, cultural, corporate, and programmatic conferences, meetings, and special events across 14 U.S. cities and internationally. His work centers on curating intentional spaces and transformative experiences that enable individuals and communities to tell their own stories and show up for themselves and one another more authentically, radically, and lovingly. His events have received national press coverage in outlets such as CNN, The New York Times, The Huffington Post, and Vogue Magazine.
For over 15 years, Adrian’s career in public service leadership has operated at the intersection of queer liberation, social impact, innovation, and philanthropy. His previous roles span senior nonprofit leadership, communications, fundraising, and public policy. He is a Board Member of NewFest, the nation’s largest LGBTQ+ film organization and festival, and Board Chair Emeritus of COLAGE, the national organization for people with LGBTQ+ parents.
Adrian holds degrees from the University of Florida and Hunter College and earned his Executive MPA from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, where he now serves as adjunct faculty, teaching graduate students on management consulting, leadership, and organizational strategy.
