Astrid S. Rodriguez is an educational psychologist, researcher, teacher, and administrator with over 25 years of extensive professional experience, most notably in education administration and project management.
Dr. Rodriguez has supported organizations in both public and private sectors to achieve their strategic objectives. As a thought leader and advisor to executive leadership in higher education, she provided subject-matter expertise and consultative guidance in planning, directing, and assessing initiatives, processes, and policies within a comprehensive enrollment management framework. Her role in strategic planning and decision-making in the development of long-range enrollment forecasts, admissions models, and financial aid approaches enabled organizations to meet and often exceed their targets.
In the corporate arena, Dr. Rodriguez has managed large-scale ERP deployments, as well as mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, among other technical and non-technical initiatives.
