Cesar Javier Lopez, JD, LLM, is a healthcare attorney with over fifteen years’ experience helping clients navigate state and federal legal, policy and regulatory issues. The former vice president of Legal Affairs for the largest state hospital association in the U.S., Cesar helped resolve countless issues for healthcare providers ranging from large, multi-campus hospital systems to individual providers seeking advice or starting their own practice.

A South Texas native, Cesar earned a B.A. from Trinity University, a J.D. from Albany Law School, an LL.M. in health law from the University of Washington School of Law and has studied at Oxford and in Latin America.
