Chengyan Pu is a PhD candidate in Public Administration at Zhejiang University. His research interests include local government, housing policy, and public finance, and he specializes in social network analysis. His work has been published in Applied Geography (2024). During his time at NYU Wagner, Chengyan is collaborating with Professor Zhan Guo on research focused on affordable housing and local government studies.
He earned his B.A. in Public Administration from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2021.
