Hansoo Ko is a postdoctoral research associate and adjunct assistant professor at NYU Wagner. Hansoo is a public health physician and health services researcher with training in health economics.
His research spans health economics, health services research, and health policy, with a focus on individual behavioral responses and insurance markets. His work uses Medicaid administrative data sets to understand the role and consequences of policy changes.
Hansoo earned a PhD in health economics/health policy from University of Illinois at Chicago and an MD from Chung-Ang University College of Medicine (Korea).
