Ms. Do is a professional with extensive experience in public administration and science and technology management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economic Law and an M.A. in Administrative Law in Vietnam.
Ms. Do has contributed significantly to science and technology legislation in Vietnam, including involvement in developing the Law on Science and Technology (2013) and the subsequent Decree detailing and guiding its implementation (2014). Besides, she initiated efforts to simplify public administration and streamlining procedures in her field. As a result of her team’s efforts, two online public services for the registration of science and technology organizations were established and integrated into the National Public Service Portal in 2019.
With 26 years at the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ms. Do has served nearly 12 years as Director of the Registration Office for Science and Technology Activities and a year as Deputy General Director of the Department of International Science and Technology Cooperation. Her career reflects a commitment to advancing organizational growth and improving public policy and administration.
