Oeuyown Kim is a data analyst and researcher that is passionate about increasing equitable access to education. Oeuyown works as an Analyst of K-12 Research and Data at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on a team that is dedicated to ensuring that all students in the US have access to educational opportunities, from Pre-K to postsecondary. Oeuyown supports this mission by meeting research and data analytics needs across the K-12 Education team's strategies. Previously, Oeuyown worked as a Manager of Data and Analytics at the KIPP Foundation, the largest network of charter schools in the country. She was the primary academics analyst leading the foundation's largest data stream, state assessment data across 21 states and DC. She also facilitated and managed timely and accurate data delivery and analysis for federal and non-federal grants.
Oeuyown completed her Masters in Public Policy at the University of Washington and holds a B.A. in Marketing with a minor in Economics from James Madison University.
