Samantha is a Managing Partner with HR Confidential, LLC an HR Consulting Company serving healthcare clients in the northeast region of the US. She is a healthcare industry professional with a 20 year foundation in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Healthcare Management, HR Leadership and Consulting. She brings with her valuable experience from some of the Nation’s largest and region’s most recognized Health Systems. Samantha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in General Arts & Science from Penn State University with a concentration in Business. She completed Villanova University’s Senior Professional of Human Resources program and was certified by the HR Certification Institute in 2008. Samantha has maintained her SPHR certification through continuing education, conferences and seminars. Additionally, she achieved LEAN Practices certification through Lehigh Valley Health Network’s Organizational Development program. A Masters in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University rounds out Samantha’s educational accomplishments.
Locally, Samantha sits on both, the Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Indian Valley Country Club Human Resources Committees.
Samantha lives in Sellersville, Bucks County with her husband Tony and dog, Mick. She is an outdoor sports enthusiast who enjoys golf, horseback riding, hiking and mountain biking. Samantha and Tony enjoy visiting their only son, Cole in Vermont to join him skiing or mountain biking as the season dictates.
