Victor Manuel Vergara Casillo is an urban and regional development expert innovating solution in the identification, design, implementation and evaluation of urban development projects, capacity building programs and urban development strategies in the Global South. For over 30 years he led and contributed to World Bank task teams in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of urban development projects and knowledge products in 35 countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Victor currently serves as Lead Consultant at Asia Infrastructure Investment Bank and as Consultant at World Bank. He has a Master of City Planning from MIT.
