Benchmarking and Best Practices of Internal Justice systems: An Audit of the United Nations Grievance Procedures System

The Capstone team was asked by the United Nations Office of Internal Oversight to examine the United Nations Internal Justice System. The Capstone team benchmarked the current United Nations system comparing it to other similar grievance systems. Special attention was paid to procedures, rules and regulations, organizational structures, process flows and best practices of similar systems. The Capstone team also analyzed management innovations in this area. The Capstone team also interviewed the architects and key actors in like grievance systems.
