CMC St. Vincent's Medical Center

Working directly with the Vice President of Operations, the resident was able to develop and tailor a program that would suit her needs and interests. Subsequently, the resident worked on projects throughout the hospital that exposed her to all aspects of the management and administration of an academic medical center. Several of these projects included strategic initiatives, implementation of new regulations, budgets, and assisting in various marketing campaigns.
