In a funding climate where nonprofit organizations are becoming increasingly accountable for quantifying the successes of their programs, the Capstone team developed both qualitative and quantitative criteria that the New York Junior League (NYJL) can use to evaluate the impact of its Community Partnership Programs. The team identified a framework for implementing outcome-based measurement and then used the framework to conduct an evaluation of seven of NYJL‘s 26 community partnership programs.
