The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NYSPCC) is a leading child welfare agency in New York City and has been in existence since 1875. Their mission is to protect children from abuse and it does so through constantly evolving programs of direct service, research, education and advocacy. The Capstone team developed a marketing plan for fundraising and development for NYSPCC. The plan developed by the Capstone team seeks to 1) provide a strategy for generating income that will either enlarge their endowment or provide other recurring funds, perhaps through outside contracts, that will diversify income or both and 2) increase NYSPCC’s name recognition.
