Odyssey House, Inc.

Odyssey House, Inc. is a nonprofit addiction treatment center within the enhanced therapeutic community treatment model, offering family, adult, and adolescent mental health treatment programs at facilities in various locations throughout New York. The resident headed projects to improve the inventory system and develop various tools to track systems performance. The resident also developed a feasibility study on opening a dental clinic to meet the growing needs of the programmatic and medical departments. In attending senior management meetings, the resident had substantial exposure to senior-level policy and decision making.
