Stakeholder Perception Analysis

In 1998, as part of an effort to reunite families safely and more expediently, NYC Administration of Children’s Services - Division for Child Protection began holding Family Team Conferences shortly after children were removed from their home. The Capstone team was asked to conduct a perception analysis of the participants of the Family Team Conferences through the use of focus groups. The Capstone team presented recommendations regarding focus groups and alternative methods for future stakeholder perception analyses.
