Strategic Planning Process, Casal dels Infants del Raval

The Capstone consultant provided the Casal dels Infants del Raval a small nonprofit organization in Barcelona Spain, which is proposing its first strategic planning process. The Capstone consultant’s activities included conducting an external analysis of the organization (benchmarking), and defining concrete activities and roles to be carried out during the strategic planning process.
