You will learn the foundation of urban economics, urban planning practice and methods, and spatial analysis, while also developing an in-depth understanding of people’s lived experiences in their communities and the policy considerations that come to bear on planning outcomes.
Yes, the majority of our classes are held in the evening to accommodate working professionals, with most beginning at either 4:55 PM or 6:45 PM. Some core courses are also offered during the day. Additionally, select electives or elective sections may be offered on an intensive basis on Fridays or Saturdays.
