NYU Wagner Dean's issue paper for Commonwealth Fund examines CBO's Forecasts about Affordable Care Act

The Commonwealth Fund has just published an issue paper by Sherry Glied, Dean of NYU Wagner, that examines how well the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) forecast the effects of the Affordable Care Act. The new study is entitled “The CBO’s Crystal Ball” and is co-written by Anupama Arora, Population Health Analyst at Mount Sinai Hospital, and Claudia Solis-Roman, a Junior Research Scientist at Wagner. The paper attracted wide interest, notably from the columnist Paul Krugman of The New York TImes.
