NYU Wagner ranks high in U.S. News & World Report

The newly released U.S. News & World Report rankings of 270 public affairs and administration master’s programs across the country places NYU Wagner as 12th in the nation, far ahead of all of its New York City peer schools.

In specialty areas, Wagner is #1 in Urban Policy, #4 in Health Policy & Management, #7 in Public Finance & Budgeting, #10 in Nonprofit Management, #9 in Social Policy, #12 in Public Policy Analysis, and #15 in Local Government Management.

The 2022 rankings are welcome confirmation that NYU Wagner is one of the leading graduate schools of public service in the nation (tied for #12 overall). We are grateful to the deans, directors, and department chairs of master's programs around the country whose votes acknowledge our distinction and success.
