NYU Wagner Ranks in Top 10 Overall in U.S. News & World Report

We are pleased to announce that the newly released U.S. News & World Report rankings of 284 public affairs and administration master’s programs across the country place NYU Wagner once again in the Top 10 overall—and far ahead of all of its New York City peer schools.

Wagner is #9 overall, up from #10 in the previous year's ranking.

In specialty areas, Wagner is #1 in Urban Policy, #2 in Health Policy & Management, #6 in Public Finance & Budgeting, #7 in Nonprofit Management, #11 in Social Policy, #14 in Public Policy Analysis, #14 in Local Government Management, and #18 in Public Management and Leadership.

The 2021 rankings are welcome confirmation that Wagner is one of the leading graduate schools of public service in the nation. We are grateful to the deans, directors, and department chairs of master's programs around the country whose votes acknowledge our distinction and success.
