How would you describe your experience as an NYU Wagner student?
My experience as a student at Wagner was fulfilling. Even though it was challenging at times, it prepared me well for my professional roles. The variety of courses and the quality of the professors and students really pushed me to learn and challenge myself to become a better professional.
Can you tell us a bit about your job responsibilities?
I work at the Latin America Project Finance division of SMBC. In this group we engage in the financial structuring and execution of deals in LatAm such as toll roads, airports, and renewable energy plants, among other projects.
How did your experiences at NYU Wagner prepare you for your career?
Following Wagner's MUP program with a focus on International Development prepared me to think in a cross-disciplinary fashion and engage with multiple groups at once. This skill has served me very well in my professional experience by making it easier to adapt to different groups and people while learning new tools and traits.
What impact do you hope to make through your career and/or organization?
I hope to continue supporting the development of Latin American economies through a sustainable lens.
