The Hispanic Federation is a not-for-profit health and human services organization operating in the tri-state region. The Federation sought to identify new sources of funding and expand its current donor base in order to sustain current programs, services, and operations. The Capstone team performed a comprehensive analysis resulting in a marketing plan that makes recommendations in three key categories: fundraising, marketing, and advertising. The plan analyzes actions and methods to increase the pool of potential donors. Strategies include stabilizing the financial status of the agency and strengthening the commitment to its mission and vision.
