How many students are in the Executive MPA (EMPA) for Public Service Leaders program?

The EMPA is a cohort-based program where students take their required leadership courses together. There are approximately 20-35 students in a cohort, enabling faculty and advisors to create a tailored experience for students in the program. EMPA students also benefit from the wider Wagner community and resources by choosing their elective courses from over 150 course options and taking the courses not only with EMPA peers, but also MPA and MUP students.
