Maayan Davidovitz is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Her research lies at the intersection of public policy, public administration, policy implementation, street-level bureaucracy, educational policy, and social policy.
Dr. Davidovitz received her Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy from the University of Haifa, Israel. She completed her M.A in Government (Magna Cum Laude) at The Reichman University (IDC Herzliya), Israel. As part of her doctoral dissertation, she examined the role that trust plays in the coping mechanisms of street-level bureaucrats when implementing public policy.
Dr. Davidovitz’s works have been published in journals such as Public Management Review (2020), Regulation & Governance (2021), Public Administration (2021), Public Policy and Administration (2021), International Public Management Journal (2021), and Social Policy & Administration (2021).
