No, all Wagner courses taken in Summer 2015 and earlier will remain as they appear on the transcript under the 4-credit/2-credit system. Please see the grid at the end the Credit Conversion FAQ PDF to learn how to calculate remaining credits needed.
An independent reading must be approved and supervised by a Wagner full-time faculty member. Be sure to read the detailed information on the steps to enroll in an independent reading.
Registration for coursework at the NYU Stern Graduate School of Business is open to graduate students from other schools at New York University only during specific periods each term and via a detailed process.
Once your PER position has been approved in the Career Directory, you can track the hours you have completed using the ‘Track Hours’ icon which is located to the right of the status icon in your PER box.
All MPA and MUP students who enter NYU Wagner with less than two years of full-time, degree relevant experience are required to fulfill the PER. Your admission letter would have indicated if you are required to complete PER.

Yes, many Wagner faculty are involved with large research and program evaluation projects. Many of these include positions for full- or part-time research assistants, and Wagner students are strongly encouraged to apply for these positions.
