The aim of this session is to study and practice proven ways to enter inquiry, reflection and co-learning among people with (social, organizational, political) power inequality who are working together in groups and organizations. Participants will practice a set of participatory methodologies that create safe containers, encourage bold conversation, facilitate shifts in consciousness and inspire collective learning. This offering is based on the assumption that the ability to host and/or participate in difficult conversations about social identity and power is the foundation for everyone who aspires to engage in collaborative leadership.
