This workshop is an experiential learning opportunity on systems thinking, through exposure to the Theory U methodology, case studies and hands-on exercises. Participants will build understanding and gain skills to identify leverage points that lead to desired change, by deepening understanding of the intersections of dynamic systems. The class is informed by Synergos’ decades-long experience with systems thinking and collaborative processes that achieves results.  Participants will learn from its application around the world with leading government, business and civil society actors. Synergos is a global organization that fights poverty and its effects. Our advantage is an approach – integrating systems thinking, bridging leadership, personal reflection and collaboration – that builds trust among stakeholders for lasting impact.
