MPA in Health Policy & Management
Capstone
Required of all MPA and MUP students, the Capstone Program is part of Wagner's
clinical initiative and provides students with a year long consulting or research
project to resolve a problem or conduct an analysis for a public service organization.
Generally, students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and have completed the
schoolwide core courses, the Foundations of Public Service Work requirement (if applicable),
and some specialization coursework to be considered ready to take Capstone.
Information sessions in the Spring provide students more details on
registering for a Capstone course and undertaking the Capstone project.
Health Policy & Management students typically choose one of the
following Capstone courses:
