You should complete the application process as early as possible (by the first deadline). As long as all required materials are received and an application package is deemed complete, you will be given priority consideration for all available merit-based scholarships (and fellowships).
Please review our Application Timetable for all degree program deadlines.
You must complete 45 credits. Most full-time students take 12 credits per semester. Most part-time students take 6 credits per semester. You can also take January term and summer term courses.
If you are pursuing full-time enrollment in the MUP or MPA programs, then you are eligible. You will be considered if you submit the additional fellowship essay (in "Financial Aid" section of application) along with your full application by the fellowship deadline.
Upon admission, NYU's Office of Global Services (OGS) will be able to assist you with further instructions to clarify the process.
The mission of the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service is to educate leaders in the field of public service. During the admissions review process we look to identify individuals we believe will make contributions to the leadership of domestic and international nonprofit, social policy, health, urban planning and public organizations.
You can learn more about tuition, other fees, and estimated cost of attendance here.
You are welcome to submit your GRE/GMAT and/or TOEFL/IELTS score report(s) after the deadline, but please note that we cannot guarantee that materials received after the application deadline will be included for review.

Students may have the opportunity to work with faculty through research projects or as a graduate assistant.
You will receive information about any award you receive when we send out decision letters in March. These scholarships are the only awards Wagner coordinates and provides to students.
