TEACHING

Dean Schall teaches "Reflective Practice: Learning from Work," a course she developed to help students learn to build theory from their own practice and begin to build an understanding of themselves and the organizations in which they work.

RESEARCH

Dean Schall currently works in the area of leadership and organizational development. With Professor Sonia Ospina, she established the Research Center for Leadership in Action (RCLA).
