Sarah Verbofsky is a full-time HPAM student entering her final semester at Wagner. Before pursuing her MPA, Sarah worked on President Obama's reelection campaign in Pennsylvania and Cory Booker's special election to the Senate in NJ. After leaving electoral politics, she worked on Affordable Care Act outreach and education as a data and training director for a national non-profit called Enroll America. While at Wagner, Sarah has conducted research on the uninsured population as a project associate for Dean Glied, interned at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) in the Bureau of Primary Care Access and Planning, and is a member of the Wagner Health Network. After graduating, she hopes to work on policy issues affecting low income and uninsured populations. Sarah holds a BA in political science from American University.
