Wagnerds is an online forum created by NYU Wagner students and open to incoming and current NYU Wagner students, and Wagner alumni. Students and alumni regularly pass down their apartments or a single room to other Wagner students and will post these opportunities on the Wagnerds Facebook group.
Housing provided by the University for graduate students generally involves two locations: Washington Square Village (WSV) and Stuyvesant Town (StuyTown). Housing for graduate students is not guaranteed and is very limited. Priority is given to first-year graduate applicants.
