PLAN A STUDENT GROUP EVENT
The following resources are provided for registered student groups at NYU Wagner through the Wagner Student Association.

STEP 1: CREATE AN EVENT REGISTRATION PAGE
It is advised that student groups complete this form at least 6-8 weeks prior in order to promote your event and maximize attendance. To create an event listing page on NYU Wagner's website (example) and an NYU Wagner Eventbrite page that collects registrations for your event (example), you'll need to add the event via the Wagner website. STEP 2: SUBMIT AN EVENT SET-UP AND LOGISTICS FORM
All student groups must complete this form four weeks before their event to allow for room set-up request to be submitted. If the form is not submitted by this time the event leads will not be provided with this service and will have to set-up the room/move furniture and chairs as they see fit. This form is also to be completed for any other event logistics, including catering and Wagner swag.
Note: Wagner does not provide room set-up for the conference rooms (Jersey, Lafayette, Mulberry). You must be logged in to your NYU email account to complete this form.
STEP 3: SUBMIT A POST-EVENT FORM
The Office of Student Activities wants to showcase the amazing events and programs that Wagner's student leaders are developing. Please be sure to take photos at your event and share them via the Post Event Form, along with any major highlights. This content will be shared on the Wagner website or via the Wagner social media channel.
Please be sure to print out and post the Notice of Photography Signage if you plan to take photos of the audience.
