What were your takeaways from this conference/case competition?
I had a fantastic experience at the first-ever Chief of Staff Summit. I worked as a Senior Advisor to the CEO in a former role, a de facto Chief of Staff position. I was really drawn to the opportunity to meet, learn from and connect with other Chief of Staff professionals from multiple industries - tech, non-profit, government, alike.

How will your participation in this conference/case competition support your professional development?
My favorite presentation was hearing from Brian Rumao, LinkedIn's VP and Chief of Staff to the CEO, who walked us through his incredible journey into the role and provided ten tangible tips for people who are interested in the position.

What are some next steps or action items this conference/case competition inspired?

What are some tips or best practices that you would like to share with other Wagner students who attend a conference/case competition?
I highly recommend this summit for anyone who thinks that they're interested in being an executive generalist - someone who is versatile - likes having their hands in multiple pots - and is interested in making things happen from a behind the scenes role.
