Applications will be considered based on the information submitted and on meeting course prerequisites (if required for the particular course).

Please note that Wagner is looking for a mix of students/participants with varied experiences and goals, hence all applicants will be considered.

Application Deadline

May 2026 course: PADM-GP 2108 Leveraging Leadership for Organizational Change

Priority Deadline: January 9, 2026
Final Deadline: January 23, 2026

**If you plan to graduate in May 2026 then you need to submit your application by the priority deadline so that you will receive your decision before the add/drop deadline for Spring.

Registration is not available via Albert. A permission number will be sent to register for the course upon acceptance.

Program Fee/Deposit

Admitted students/participants must pay a deposit of $550 for the relevant course abroad program fee to hold their place in the course(s). The fee is due within one week of the date a participant is informed of their status for a course and is non-refundable.

The fee is payable by credit card via a secure online NYU payment system. Students will be sent a link to the online form upon acceptance to the course.

I understand the costs of the program are my responsibility.

Costs of the program include airfare, most meals, transportation, and accommodations if not included with the program fee.

For which course do you wish to apply?

Given the condensed timeline, students should expect the overall course experience to be demanding and rigorous, including substantive discussions related to course readings, writing assignments, and a final presentation. You will find the requirements listed in the syllabus located in the Travel Course website under each specific program.

Please keep in mind the following program requirements:

Maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher.
Students must be in good academic, disciplinary, and financial standing with the university.
Leave of Absence: Students are not eligible to apply for study abroad programs while on any type of Leave of Absence.
Please be advised that there will be a substantial amount of walking, sometimes on uneven cobblestone streets, during our time abroad.
